The Art project location supports the project with an artistic area of Hackney.
Hackney Wick is a well known artists area since 1970 all near London & Europe.
Following the research most artists around UK & Europe were coming to Hackney Wick to settle and start their creative career in London.
London is a big city with lots of opportunities for young people. Numerous exhibitions, fashion shows, social places, theatres etc, are all around London, which opens its wide spectrum for young artists. According to the research, it stands out as 1 of the top destination for creators to embrace lots of perspectives and meetings. Thereby, the location of the Art Centre benefits the project.
Whereas the Hackney Wick area & London in general has got some existed Art centres, why am I offering a new one ?
But do they really help and support young artists ?
After an accurate research, I figured out that most of the Art Centres do offer some "support", however is it affordable & helpful?
Unfortunately no, most of the studios in Hackney Wick are very expensive and hard to get for young creators. Moreover, most of the art centre are missing very important point such as financing & business & profit fields. Thus, Art centre project offers a special
model, where, not only artists, but people who want experience art can get a real support, combining it all together in a working feasible model.

The key intention of the project is to make a unique Art Centre, fulfil it with something new and fresh. This intension can be achieved by attracting various users. Making the space more flexible will increase the demand, attract more users, create a special atmosphere, open more opportunities & meeting for the artists, expand the art community and boost the profit. Thereby, I focused on the focal type of users that would cover the most and become a big help for everyone, supporting local community.
1. Artists
The main users - are the artists. It covers all art spheres, such as Filmmakers, painters, poets, writers, musicians, designers, etc. Each user also takes a specific function, artists are having an opportunity to teach & share with their talent, find people with common interest, have an exhibition or open night performance.
2. People who want to explore Art
Those who are into art, can get familiar with most of the art fields & artists, visit open performances or become a part of it, enjoy art, visit cafe & bar or exhibition, spend as much as they want and enjoy art.
3. Investors
There are lots of artists who have genius ideas, but a lack of financial support. Art Centre includes a business meeting spaces, where they can have meetings with investors & present their idea. Investors are 1 of the important user type who also can experience art, visit exhibition, etc.
4. People who experience depression
Numerous research evidence that art therapy has a very positive influence on human mental health. Thus, those who are depressed can open a new horizon, feel & enjoy & treat & heal themselves with the art.
Thus, such user scheme would create a system / circle where people can help & support each other with the positive benefits for everyone.
