"Big Family" is a Residential interior Architecture project, located in Bournemouth.  It is a redesigned idea of the existed Dean Park House building.

   The key intension was about creating comfortable flat for big household, so each family member can feel themselves inside of the family, but also have their own private space and be happy. 

​

  The project was designed during the pandemic, thus it also provides some flexibility, covering "the sanitary specifications" - the building includes some common areas for dwellers, however, in case of emergency - it can be booked for the fixed period of time by 1 of the families. The other relevant idea is also about "living in the healthy environment & be healthy", thus Dean Park house was turned into the Green Building

   The project  takes its challenge offering the comfortable space for Big families, providing a number of duplex flats, with an open plan living &  private bedrooms areas for each family member, as well as more than 1 bathrooms, as it stands out 1 of the most problematic & uncomfortable reasons inside of the big households.

  The building itself represents the sustainable design movement, featuring the idea of "green buildings", as it includes some pragmatic  factors such as positive influence on mental & physical health, benefits for the environment, timeless & pleasant looking design & general aesthetics.
